Has your lecturer or supervisor suggested you need to use more scholarly sources? How do you even know if the sources you’ve found for your assessment, thesis, or research project are good quality?

Come along to 'Evaluating Resources for your Assessments' and find out! In this workshop we’ll show you how to assess the relevance and reliability of the resources you’ve found, understand the difference between scholarly and non-scholarly resources, understand the term ‘peer-review’, and how to use the Library Catalogue’s functionality to search for the different kinds of resources you’ll need for your studies.
