Find out how Web of Science can save you time when choosing the best journal for you to help drive your research impact.
As part of our “Getting published, driving impact” event series, the ANU Library is partnering with Clarivate to deliver this online session, which will:
- demonstrate how Web of Science can help you find the most influential and current research papers
- teach you how to identify gaps and emerging trends in a particular subject area by exploring the citation network of a paper
- improve your understanding of key metrics for journal evaluation and how to avoid the pitfalls of publishing in predatory journals
- highlight best practices of using Journal Impact Factor and/or Journal Citation Indicator for journal evaluation
- give guidance on journal comparison and selection of best-fit journal to publish in for optimal research impact.
